Our consultations are advisory and coordination services. Outcomes (visa approvals, school placements, property availability) depend on third parties and are not guaranteed. Specific scope, fees and refund terms are set out in your individual engagement agreement.

Where we introduce you to a regulated specialist (immigration adviser, tax adviser, lawyer, removals firm, etc.), your contract for those services is directly with that provider. We are not responsible for their performance, though we will help mediate if something goes wrong.
